NP Technologies Model NP-519 / 0.1 - 200MHz / 50 Watt This RF amplifier has a gain of 53 dB and a P-1 of 50 watts typical. Designed for linear power, this is a class A/AB amplifier and uses rugged MOSFET transistors. the NP-519 will handle a load VSWR of 4.0:1 up to 50 Watts and includes thermal shutdown protection.
