NP Technologies Model NP-519
The NP-519 is a class "A/B" 50 watt CW, amplifier designed to operate over the frequency range of 100KHz to 200 MHz with a gain of 53dB. This amplifier utilizes RF power MOSFET devices that provide high gain, wide dynamic range and an excelent 3rd order intercept point. Suggested applications: multi-carrier, pulse, AM & FM modulation
