NP Technologies Model NP-547
The NP-547 is a 40 watt linear, amplifier designed to operate over the frequency range of 20 MHz to 520 MHz with a gain of 45dB. This amplifier utilizes RF power MOSFET devices that provide high gain, wide dynamic range and an excelent 3rd order intercept point. Suggested applications: multi-carrier, pulse, AM & FM modulation
